For girls ages 9-12, a four-session course designed to build self-esteem, practice setting and reaching goals, and be comfortable with who they are through yoga.
Four sessions meet Saturdays from 1:00-2:30 pm at the studio. Participants should dress comfortably (yoga/workout clothes), prepare to be barefoot, and should bring a bottle of water and their own yoga mat if they have one.
Session I dates: May 7, 14, 21 and 28.
Cost: $40 per person
