60 Minute session: Swedish- $75.00/ Deep Tissue $85.00

90 Minute session: Swedish- $115.00/ Deep Tissue $135.00

120 Minute session- $155.00

ADD Therapeutic Cupping- $25.00

60 Minute Aromatherapy session- $75.00

Lymphatic Massage- $50.00

60 Minute Prenatal Massage-must have written approval from healthcare provider stating client is healthy enough to receive massage treatment- $100.00

Services such as foam rolling sessions, hydrotherapy, assisted stretching/athletic massage, and kinesiology taping are available on request; contact Rachel for rates and more information.

YOGA SESSIONS

Yoga sessions can be purchased by single session or multi-session packages; payment is expected at time of service. All yoga & workshop sessions are non-refundable.

Single session (online group class) - $15/ Multi-session (5)- $60

Private session (online) - $50/hour

Private session (in person, within 10 mi of Apollo Beach, FL) - $75/hour

Rates for special events, workshops, youth sessions and retreat opportunities will be noted in the information summary for each event; these sessions are not available as the "first class free" option.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

YOGA & WORKSHOPS- Class & workshop cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page as early as possible.

RETREATS- specific information on refund policy varies with each retreat and may be prorated.

PAYMENT is expected at time of service for massage therapy and yoga sessions. We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Square), Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
