RACHEL VINT, E-RYT-200, LMT

Rachel Vint completed her first yoga teacher training through Empower Yoga, LLC in Appleton, WI in March 2015, and received her massage therapy license in August 2018 after training through Fox Valley School of Massage in Neenah, WI. In May 2022, Rachel completed the Level 1 teacher training for the LYT Yoga Method. She is currently licensed as a massage therapist in Florida (MA 98091).

Rachel strives to be a model and mentor to her clients by keeping her mind and body active and healthy through outdoor adventures, yoga, Crossfit and long distance running. Although she loves to travel far and wide, she currently lives in Apollo Beach, Florida.
