Part I: Yoga 101 will focus on covering everything you've wanted to know before you attend your first yoga session: etiquette, clothing, breathing and postures.
Part II: Essential Oils 101 will show you how to use essential oils to enhance your everyday life as well as your yoga practice.
The workshop will conclude with a 60 minute power yoga session (suitable for all levels) and refreshments.
Please arrive dressed in comfortable exercise clothing. This workshop is FREE to all first time attendees; workshop pricing applies to all returning attendees.
